Source hierarchy
Current operator terms, legal footers, regulator registers, payment policies and offer terms take priority. Product observations come from the live website or app. Third-party commentary is supplementary and must not overwrite a primary source without explanation.
Scoring independence
Commercial agreements, commission rates and placement fees do not create points. Scores follow the published weighted framework. Where evidence is insufficient, the score is withheld.
Sponsored previews
Featured status-watch cards may occupy prominent positions, but they do not receive a fabricated rating. Legal, payment or performance claims are published only when they can be supported by current sources.
Language and fairness
Reviews describe material strengths and weaknesses in plain English. We avoid guaranteed-win language, urgency designed to undermine informed choice, and claims that gambling is a source of income.
Updates and corrections
Material changes are corrected as soon as practical and each real review shows a checked date. Corrections can be sent to editorial@reelindexer.com. We request the page URL, disputed wording and a primary source.
Conflicts and operator contact
Operators may provide factual corrections, access for product testing and commercial terms. They do not receive approval rights over independent conclusions. Material gifts or paid placement must be disclosed.
